Natalie Perillo

Natalie Perillo is the Founder of MyRuby, an outsourced telephone reception service based in Colchester. Since 2007, MyRuby has been providing clients all over the UK with the services of a great receptionist without actually being in their office.

Having gained a first class honours degree in Business Studies Natalie’s early career centred on sales and marketing. In 1996, Natalie co-founded her first business direct marketing agency Made With Love and worked on a number of key accounts including Lever Faberge, Philips and Unilever Bestfoods. She even survived a photo shoot with Naomi Campbell before selling the business to a listed PLC. By 2004 she had moved into the telecoms sector, acquiring a struggling call centre from the French advertising giant Havas.

Natalie holds a natural and keen interest in personal development and has always ensured her own personal development stays at the forefront of her own business development strategy and growth plans.
